How can I check on the status of an order?
You can check on the status of an order, as well as view all past orders, by logging into your account and clicking the My Orders tab. Click on the hyperlinked order number to view more details about the order.
Can I print a receipt for my books?
If you need to print a receipt for a purchase, simply log into your account, and click on the My Orders tab. Next, click Click to open a window with a printable invoice.
