Access My Purchased Books

Log in to your account and click on the My Bookshelf tab. Next to each book in your bookshelf is a column labeled Format. Here, you can access the book in the available format that you’d like. Click on one of the hyperlinks under Format to access the book.

Yes, you can send the book to your Kindle over Wi-Fi. Follow the instructions here to set up your account properly, then log back in to your Bookshelf, and press the Send to Kindle icon  next to the book you wish to send.

If you are unable to open a purchased eBook, you may have purchased a secure format eBook. Books by larger publishers such as Kensington, Harlequin, and Penguin often have a security feature in order to guard against piracy that prevents them from being opened in some readers. Most books on BookStrand.com do not have this feature, however, if the file ends in .pdfs instead of .pdf, it is a secure format.

If this is the case, you must open the book using Adobe Digital Editions (version 1.7.2). Download and install the software, then navigate back to your bookshelf and download the title again. Please be aware that you will only have three opportunities to download the book.

Should you purchase a new device, BookStrand.com allows you to add books you have already bought in a different format. Simply find the books in your bookshelf, and click the hyperlinked format for the desired eBook type for your device.
